Perfectly Crafted Pastries, One Cube at a Time

David is a French pastry chef who honed his skills in baking and pastry in Nice, France. His experience extends across Quebec, Australia, and Japan, enriching his craft with diverse influences.

Fulfilling a lifelong dream, he and his wife embarked on their journey of opening their own pastry shop in November 2024. Drawing inspiration from his French roots, he incorporated the traditional game "Boule Carrée" from his hometown, which features a cube-shaped ball, into their business concept. As a result, all their pastries take on cube and square shapes, including a 5cm cube cheesecake, a 5cm cube chocolate cake, and an 8cm square thick cookie.

Each recipe is a unique creation developed alongside his Japanese wife, blending French techniques with Japanese ingredients. His goal is to introduce a variety of flavors that bring joy to everyone who tastes their pastries.
